Villa Özlem, Turkey's favourite holiday resort is located in Kalkan Üzümlü Village. The villa, which is ideal for nuclear families, honeymoon couples and conservative families with its magnificent nature view and sheltered pool, has a capacity of 2 rooms and 4 people. Villa Özlem, furnished with comfortable furnishings, offers its guests a pleasant holiday. The villa has a jacuzzi and is 10 km from the centre of Kalkan.
Bedrooms :
1st Bedroom : Suite is a family bedroom. Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
2nd Bedroom : Suite is a young bedroom. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Kitchen : In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, 4-stove, electric water boiler, dinner set, cutlery set, pans, pots and glasses.
Lounge : Seating group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people.
Garden : In the private garden there is a garden table and chairs, garden seating group, 4 sun loungers, drop swing, 2-person swing and stone barbecue.
Pool : There is a private sheltered swimming pool. Pool dimensions 9 m x 4 m; depth 1.50-1.60 m.
Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage; mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites are sufficient for issues such as entering, but not sufficient for uses such as watching films and videos, downloading files.
Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the neighbourhood. In our villas with a sheltered pool, we definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility. In these villas, there is always a 5% avoidance margin.
