Our villa was completed in April 2022 and is a stylish holiday complex that appeals to luxury holiday lovers with accommodation capacity for 4 people.

Fethiye center 25 km from Dalaman airport 67 km from Oludeniz, 34 km from Saklıkent Canyon 18 km from Saklikent Canyon 13 km from Patara beach 53 km and 58 km from the center of Kalkan and it takes 45 minutes to travel.

It is 2 km to Seydikemer center, 1 km to the market, 2 km to restaurants, 500 meters to public transportation, 2 km to the health center.

Our villa with a sheltered structure located on the edge of the Eşen stream has a garden seating group, barbecue, children's playground, pavilion and a lush garden so that you can have a pleasant holiday with your family.

Living room kitchen : The living room has a modern seating group, TV, air conditioning and direct exit to the pool terrace.

The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 3-stove set, toaster, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, cutlery & knives for 4 people) and dining table.

1st Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, television and jacuzzi in front of the bedroom.

2nd Bedroom : The room has 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, wardrobe, vanity table and air conditioning.

Pool : Our villa has a swimming pool with dimensions of 4 X 8 meters and a depth of 1.50 cm. Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services, health etc. insurance is not included in the prices.

NOTE : Spraying is done regularly in our villa. Despite this, in the environment; butterflies, insects, flies, etc. there is a possibility of being found.

Note: At the entrance of the villa, a cash damage deposit is taken in the amount specified in the prices and rules section on the page of your selected villa. If there is no damage, loss, breakage, etc. in the villa, this amount will be returned to you on the day of departure.
