Our villa is located in Kalkan Patara region. Our 2 bedroom holiday villa has a capacity of 4 people. The pool area of our holiday villa, which has a location in nature, offers you a pleasant holiday environment. It offers a suitable holiday environment for our guests with conservative sensitivity, which is an ideal option for honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

Bedroom Rooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool and Garden: The pool and garden are sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, dining table and barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance : The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaning is done 1 time a week, if you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. by the staff looking at our villa. is done by the staff for a fee.

Deposit : 2000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken, broken, lost, 10 minutes before departure from the villa. the villa / apart is checked and the deposit is returned to our guest. 

The entrance time to all our villas on the first day is 16.00 in the afternoon and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10.00 in the morning. Since cleaning is done in the intervening time period, we would like to state that we cannot help you if you come to the villa / apart earlier than your check-in time. Please observe the entrance and exit times to the villa.

All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, in the environment; butterflies, insects, flies, etc. there is a possibility of being found.

In our villas with a sheltered pool, we do not guarantee 100% invisibility, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our holiday homes in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill.
