It is our brand new luxury rental villa option, built on a perfect plot in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan. It invites you for a perfect holiday. Our villa, which is in the category of conservative villas, villas with indoor pools and villas with jacuzzis, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Established in lush nature, our villa consists of 2 suite bedrooms and is an ideal option for honeymooners and conservative families. This villa is perfect for our guests who want to spend their holidays in a quiet and calm environment away from the noise of the city. The pool terrace of our holiday villa, which stands out with its enchanting nature view and where you can have unforgettable moments with your loved one in the evenings, is also sheltered and invisible. The construction of our villa was completed in July 2020 and awaits you, our valued guests. There is also a 2-bedroom Villa Güney right next to our villa. It will be an ideal option for our guests who want to rent more crowded and two separate villas.
The distance to the sea is approximately 5 km from our villa, which offers you the opportunity to vacation only in a villa with a private pool.
Note: The minimum stay in our villa is 4 nights. An extra 350 TL cleaning fee is required for stays under 6 nights.
Note: The heating system in the indoor pool of our villa is put into service for an extra 120 TL per day. Guests who want to use the heating system must inform at least 3 days before entering the villa or during the reservation process.
Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (fly, insect, bee, etc.).
