Our rental villa in Kalkan Lavender Houses is highly appreciated by all our guests. Villa KaLu has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. There is a cosy and peaceful open kitchen concept lounge. Villa KaLu Lavender Houses has a location where you can spend in its stylish and authentic structure. Our villa is a contemporary villa with a classic Mediterranean flair. Located in the exclusive Lavender development above Kalkan, the property has a private infinity pool as well as a short walk to the clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar. 

It is one of the three most independent and tranquil villas in LaVanta Houses, the most prestigious project in the entire Kas region, designed by award-winning architect Cemal Mutlu in traditional Mediterranean and Turkish architectural style.

 

Our villa, which is bored with city life, intertwined with nature, modernly designed, equipped with materials and furnishings that you will enjoy, no one will disturb you, close to the centre, only 2 km from the sea and the beach, is a perfect villa.

Our villa has a private car park and our car park is very comfortable and large enough for 3 cars.

The nearest market, greengrocers and restaurants are only 5 minutes away from our villa and Kalkan centre, beaches are 2 km away. In addition, since the villa owners live nearby, our guests are assisted immediately and quickly in case of any need and assistance.

Apart from the house's own private pool, Lavanta Club house has a semi-Olympic and children's pool.
All our guests can benefit from this pool, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge.

Villa Type;

Villa Kalu is a modern and luxurious 3 bedroom villa located within the LaVanta Homes complex, just 2 km from the centre of Kalkan.

Since our villa is located within the site, it is protected by 24/7 private security and there is no access to anyone from outside.

Nature and sea view, suitable for honeymoon couples, suitable for families with children, luxury interior and exterior decoration, modern interior and exterior furnishings and alarm for building theft security.

Bedrooms;

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe with steel safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, large balcony, nature and sea view.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, make-up table, hair dryer and sea view.

The 1st bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a shared bathroom and toilet.

 

The bedrooms have clean bed linen, towel sets and pool towels.

Kitchen;

Villa Kalu has a luxurious, spacious and high quality kitchen.

Refrigerator, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Built-in Oven, Microwave Oven, Built-in 4-burner hob, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Juicer, Water dispenser, 6-person dinner set, Pan, Pots, Forks, Knives etc. Everything is thought for our guests in our kitchen. In addition, if there is a missing product during the holiday, we supply it immediately if you tell us for you.

In our living room, comfortable quality luxury seating group, air conditioning, hd smart tv, satellite receiver, unlimited wireless internet is available. There is a bathroom and toilet in our lounge. There is an exit from our lounge to the poolside and our garden.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms.

Cleaning and Linen;
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa, if you want to wash it yourself in line with your request, you can wash it if you want to wash it yourself, but extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. If you request, we can supply it from us for a fee.

Pool;
Villa Kalu pool size: 6 m X 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m.

 

Garden;

Villa Kalu has a large garden. The pool terrace of our villa is very large and has a private swimming pool, barbecue barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, dining table, umbrella and pergola.

 

NOTE: Since the pool area of our villa is not sheltered, it is not suitable for our guests who want a conservative holiday.
