Located in Kalkan Islamlar, our rental villa is located in nature and has a panoramic sea view. Since the pool garden floor of our 2-bedroom villa is sheltered, it is an ideal choice for honeymooners and families who care about their privacy. There is a children's pool and playground in our villa, which offers a pleasant and safe holiday for families with children. It is dazzling with its stone architecture and luxury design. Our villa has 2 floors and there is a stylish jacuzzi in the master bedroom on the upper floor. Villa is located next to Hira 1 and Hira 3. NOTE: 100 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized (earth) road.

Living Room: In the living room of our rental villa, there is a seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, Wi-fi, etc. equipment and access to the pool garden floor.

Kitchen: In our kitchen, which is designed as a modern American kitchen, there are built-in appliances, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, dining table, dining - cutlery, pan, pot, glass, kettle etc. There are equipments. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Garden: There is a private pool, sun loungers, tables, chairs, swings, barbecue and children's playground in the garden of our rental villa.

Information and Reminders

Entry-Exit Information: In each of our villas, the entrance is 16.00 and exit is 10.00. During these hours, the cleaning and necessary controls of our villa are provided to be delivered to the next guest. It is important to check in and out at the specified times.

Deposit Information: At the entrance to each villa, a deposit fee is required, which you can pay in euro, dollar or sterling based on the current exchange rates of 500 - 1500 TL or equivalent to this amount. It is returned to you in the same way. The deposits of our guests who have to get up early from the villa are sent to their accounts.

Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of 200-500 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

General Notes: Although we do not have public transportation service, our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can contact us.

Spraying is done regularly in our villas. However, due to the fact that our villas are intertwined with nature, there may be encounters with butterflies, insects, flies, etc.

In our conservative villas, although all necessary precautions are taken to protect the pool and garden floor, a 100% invisible guarantee cannot be given. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Pets are not allowed in our villas. Only cage animals are allowed.

Pool and garden maintenance (Except Indoor Pool) is carried out by the staff in the early hours of the morning.

The villas in and around the center of Kalkan are positioned on the slope. To reach some villas, there is an uphill climb and a certain part of the roads leading to some of our villas consists of stabilized roads.

A minimum of 30 days prior notice is required for cancellation and change requests. Guests with 30 days or more to their reservation will be charged a prepayment in case of cancellation or change. If the specified date passes, the full reservation fee is requested.
