Ground floor:

Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The well-equipped kitchen is a brand new kitchen with modern appliances (including large American style fridge-freezer with ice maker, stove, cooker + extractor, microwave oven and dishwasher) and a variety of high-quality units with granite work surfaces.

There is a cloakroom next to the kitchen.

The living area has lots of comfortable furniture, flat screen TV with DVD player and fireplace.

The dining area is for 8 people.

There is a double bedroom on this floor.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this level -

Double room with balcony with sea view and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi + separate shower.

A twin with balcony overlooking the pool.

A double room with a balcony overlooking the olive groves and gardens.

These two bedrooms share a family shower room on the landing.

Second floor:

On this floor, there is a large storage room with a usage area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. This floor has access to a large roof terrace with breathtaking views of the entire Kalkan and the sea extending to Mouse + Snake islands.

Outside the villa:

The large courtyard style pool is one of the main features of this villa as it is secluded and private and suitable for Muslim families who need a high degree of privacy. The pool terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers.

There are large shady areas surrounding the pool terrace that provide pleasant shade from the midday sun. These are furnished with a comfortable seating area and outdoor dining area (8 persons). A large stone barbecue is also provided.

The villa has a gated driveway and this provides ample parking for 2-3 cars.

Cleaning + linen change is provided twice a week (ie if your stay is 1 week, cleaning + linen change is made in the middle of the stay.
