It is our brand new luxury rental villa option built on an excellent plot in Kalkan Yeşilköy region. It invites you for a perfect holiday. Our villa, which is in the category of conservative villas, villas with indoor pool and jacuzzi villas, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Villa South for rent consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms and is an ideal option for honeymoon couples and conservative families. Away from the noise of the city, this villa is perfect for our guests who want to spend their holiday in a quiet and calm environment. The pool terrace of our holiday villa, which stands out with its fascinating nature view, where you can have unforgettable moments with your loved one in the evenings, is also sheltered and is not visible from the surroundings. Our villa was completed in July 2020 and is waiting for you, our valued guests. There is also a 2 bedroom Villa Kuzey right next to our villa. It will be an ideal option for our guests who want to rent more crowded and two separate villas.
Note: The minimum stay in our villa is 4 nights. For stays under 6 nights, an extra 350 TL cleaning fee is requested.
Note: The heating system in the indoor pool of our villa is offered for an extra 120 TL per day. Our guests who wish to use the heating system must inform at least 3 days in advance at the reservation stage or before entering the villa.
Check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and the completion of the deficiencies.
Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the centre are generally located in the villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).
