Our villa, which offers you the opportunity to holiday in a villa with a private pool, is approximately 3.5 km from the sea.

Note Minimum rental is 5 nights in our villa. 

Damage Deposit: 

A cash damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken, etc. in the villa. this fee is refunded on the day of departure in the absence of such situations.

Entrance and Exit Hours:

Check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and the completion of the deficiencies.

Cleaning and Maintenance: 

Our villa is delivered to you in a clean way. The staff cleans 1 time a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. by the staff looking at our villa. is done for a fee. This fee varies according to the villa.

Location:

Kalkan and its surrounding villages consist of settlements located on mountain slopes in terms of geographical structure. Note: All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, in the environment; Unfortunately, there is the possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, pest animals.
