Villa Carpe Diem 1 is a sheltered family villa only 3 km from Patara Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the magnificent Mediterranean. There is a jacuzzi in the suite bedroom of the villa. The tastefully furnished Carpe Diem 1 is the ideal choice for conservative families and couples. Our 3-bedroom villa, which has an accommodation capacity of 6 people, is waiting for you to make unforgettable memories with its indoor pool and sauna.

In the elegantly decorated living room, there is a sofa set, coffee table, water dispenser, television, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is also an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.
About Entry and Exit Hours.
Check-in time for all our Villas is 17:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
NOTE: There is heating only in the indoor pool of our villa. Pool heating works in the winter period as of October 1st. Pool heating fee is 250 TL per night. Our guests are required to inform at least 3 days before their reservation.
